Experience Required: 1–3 years in Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred)
Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
Manage social media accounts and generate engaging content for real estate projects, promotions, and brand visibility
Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives, banners, and promotional videos
Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
Generate and analyze performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools
Work closely with the sales team to understand project USPs and align digital efforts with lead conversion goals
Maintain landing pages, run A/B testing, and enhance user experience to improve lead generation
Stay updated with trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate industry
Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries and reviews across platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, HTML)
Video editing basics (optional but preferred)
