Sales executive - Alpha Reality

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager/Executive to join our team at My Elegant Group. This role involves overseeing sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into sales. Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote DTCP-approved plots, villa plots, and farmlands. Manage social media campaigns and online advertisements. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to boost SEO and drive web traffic. Organize promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Manage client data and interactions using CRM tools. Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Identify new sales opportunities and unexplored market segments. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic and customer-focused mindset. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month. Incentives: Sales-based incentives ranging from ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month.
